Behind these figures are all the individual buildings whose value we have enhanced
using a variety of strategies.
- In our first 12 years we have acquired 143 properties
representing an aggregate value of over £2.8 billion (€3.5
billion).
- Our value-enhancing strategies have produced an annualised investor IRR of 22.2%,
net of all fees and taxes, on approximately £2 billion of
European property sold, as at December 2007.
- Our average hold period is 43 months.
- We’re active on the Continent, with over €525 million of investments
to date.
- As well as our direct investments, we have two funds under management, totalling
in excess of €380 million of committed capital in gross assets of
€1.5 billion.
