Anthony joined CIT in 2001 as Finance Director. He is also Compliance Officer for CIT Financial Services Ltd. Prior to joining CIT, Anthony was an Assistant Director in Lazard’s corporate finance department in London, where he specialised in limited recourse financings.

Prior to joining CIT Chris worked for Drivers Jonas and Cluttons where he was involved with the asset management and valuation of a number of mixed use portfolios on behalf of property companies and institutional investors.

During his time there he specialised in shopping centre and CBD office consultancy in their Sydney and London offices. Craig concentrates on fund management and fund raising activities, and oversees the analytical function of group wide investments.

George heads up the development team having joined CIT in 1998 and having played a pivotal role in the development of City Hall, a building completed on time and on budget – a unique accomplishment in the recent history of the construction of public buildings.

Prior to working at CIT George worked with Markborough Developments, principally on the Thames Court development. He also ran his own consultancy working on a wide variety of development projects both in the UK and overseas.

Howard joined CIT in March 2003 as Director of Retail Asset Management. He has over 20 years experience of retail asset management, before joining CIT at Prudential where he headed the leasing team across the portfolio of 19 centres. He was also personally responsible for lettings at the flagship Mall at Cribbs Regional Shopping Centre.

John Barroll Brown assembled CIT’s initial portfolio of central London assets under management. He has over 20 years of real estate experience: prior to forming CIT in 1995, John was a practising lawyer. John’s legal practice focused on the taxation and financing aspects of commercial property transactions and this formed the basis for CIT’s emphasis on property related disciplines. The group’s Managing Directors report to John who continues to be responsible for group policy, strategy and fund raising initiatives.

Matt Horgan is Managing Director of CIT Europe and leads the European acquisition initiative and is currently focused on the growing German portfolio.

Matt joined CIT in 2002, and initially focused on the UK, leading CIT's 2003 successful acquisition of retail centres. Matt was previously an Executive Director with the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund (MSREF) responsible for leading the group's acquisition programme in the UK. Prior to that he worked exclusively on MSREF's acquisition, financing and joint venturing efforts in Europe. Matt has over 20 years of real estate experience.
