CIT lets 41,000 sq ft High Tech Office unit to Signalling Solutions
CIT has let 40,777 sq ft in Radlett, Hertfordshire to Signalling Solutions, a joint venture between Balfour Beatty and Alstom.
Signalling Solutions has signed a new 10 year lease for the whole building following a surrender of part agreed with a previous tenant. The property was built by and previously occupied by Quadrant Connections. The new deal underscores CIT’s determination to lease vacant space in what is undoubtedly a very challenging occupational market.
