CIT secures Alphabet at Form 1, Hook, for 33,200 sq ft of offices

CIT has let 33,228 sq ft at Form 1, Bartley Wood Business Park in Hook, Hampshire to Alphabet, a fleet funding company which is part of the BMW Group. 

Alphabet has agreed to take the first floor at Form 1 which extends to 33,228 sq ft, they will occupy the space on a 10 year lease and have agreed a rent equating to £19.50 per sq ft.  The fleet company provides state of the art fleet solutions across 15 countries.

Form 1 and Form 2 were purchased by CIT in 2008 and provide 121,000 sq ft of stunning Grade A office space.  They have already secured lettings to IT retailer Lenovo, service advisor Serco and drinks manufacturer First Drinks at the scheme and there is now only 13,650 sq ft available to let.
