CIT has long standing relationships in Hong Kong and CIT Asia Pacific was established in 2001, primarily to focus on this market.
CIT's first Hong Kong office investment, Silver Fortune Plaza, was acquired in 2001 in conjunction with Pamfleet. CIT subsequently invested in a high end luxury residential scheme on the Peak in 2004.
