Unique Features:
The site of the former Abbey National headquarters was acquired unconditionally in December 2003. Planning consent was obtained in November 2004 for 200,000 sqft of residential space comprising 138 private and affordable units. Construction involved complex engineering solutions and retaining a 500 tonne clock tower over Baker Street Station and the various London Underground lines with temporary steelwork.
