The majority of our directors have been with us for many years, so our senior management

We also consistently break new ground. Beginning with conventional yield and covenant
investments in six landmark London buildings, we moved into development, followed
by retail and, most recently, leisure. The intention is to identify the next upward-trending
market, enter it decisively and recruit specialist skills to supplement our own.
We then actively manage our properties to add value. Sometimes we refurbish; sometimes
we develop; sometimes we upgrade the tenant mix; sometimes we reposition. Whatever
action we take, the intention is to improve the long-term value and returns for
ourselves and our investors. And we thoroughly enjoy ourselves while we do it.
