John founded CIT in 1995 and has led its growth to become a foremost private equity property investment vehicle. During this time the group has acquired approximately $5 billion of commercial property and delivered average internal rates of return in excess of 22% per annum after all fees and local taxes, on all exited UK transactions. John has formed partnerships and fund structures with institutions and high net worth groups in Europe, the US, the Middle and Far East and Australia. In doing so he has developed offices in the US, Asia, the Caribbean and Europe. John lives in London and remains the principle driver, Chief Executive and Chairman of the Group. John is a Bachelor of Laws, a solicitor of the Supreme Court and an individual approved by the Financial Services Authority.

Developments

George Kyriacou

Managing Director - Developments

George heads up the development team having joined CIT in 1998 and having played a pivotal role in the development of the More London Project, a two million square feet development on the South Bank of the Thames, including City Hall.

Since the More London Project, George has led all CIT development projects, building an exceptional track record of delivery and investor returns. Prior to working at CIT George worked with Markborough Developments, principally on the Thames Court development.

BSc (Quantity Surveying), MSc (Construction Law and Arbitration), Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb).

Asset Management

Chris Orr

Managing Director – Asset Management

Chris joined CIT in 1999 and has over 15 years of real estate experience. Chris heads up the European asset management programme.

Prior to joining CIT Chris worked for Drivers Jonas and Cluttons where he was involved with the asset management and valuation of a number of mixed use portfolios on behalf of property companies and institutional investors.

Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Ed joined CIT from BDO Stoy Hayward in 2008 and works on the UK and European Funds.
