As CEO, John chairs the Management Board and the Investment Committee and is responsible for strategy, policy and fund raising.

Managing Director - Developments
George heads up the development team having joined CIT in 1998 and having played a pivotal role in the development of the More London Project, a two million square feet development on the South Bank of the Thames, including City Hall.
Since the More London Project, George has led all CIT development projects, building an exceptional track record of delivery and investor returns. Prior to working at CIT George worked with Markborough Developments, principally on the Thames Court development.
BSc (Quantity Surveying), MSc (Construction Law and Arbitration), Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb).
Director - Asset Management
Howard joined CIT in March 2003 as Director of Retail Asset Management. Howard was responsible for the asset management of CIT's flagship Bourdon Shopping Centre Portfolio, and has over 25 years experience.
Before joining CIT, Howard headed the Shopping Centre leasing team at Prudential across the portfolio of 19 centres.
BLE (Bachelor of Land Economy) and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Chief Investment Officer
Craig joined CIT in 1999 and is responsible for all funds under management, and also concentrates on fund raising and oversees the analytical function of group wide investments.
Previously Craig spent six years in the Advisory division of Jones Lang LaSalle. During his time there he specialised in shopping centre and CBD office consultancy in their Sydney and London offices.
MRICS, BBus (Land Econ), Grad Dip (Fin & Inv). Associate of the Australian Property Institute, Fellow of the Securities Institute of Australia.
Director - Asset Management
Chris joined CIT in 1999 and has over 15 years of real estate experience. Chris heads up the European asset management programme.
Prior to joining CIT Chris worked for Drivers Jonas and Cluttons where he was involved with the asset management and valuation of a number of mixed use portfolios on behalf of property companies and institutional investors.
Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Director
Kyrene is a director of CIT Holdings in the Bahamas.
Kyrene joined CIT in 2007 from KPMG.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
CIT owns and manages 20 hotels through the CIT UK Real Estate Limited Partnership. CIT has led an extensive refurbishment programme to improve the standing of these assets within their peer group. Read more »
