  • Over 15 years we have acquired 148 properties representing an aggregate value of over £3billion (€3.6 billion).

  • Our value-enhancing strategies have produced an annualised investor IRR of 22.2%, net of all fees and taxes, on approximately £2.1 billion of European property sold, as at June 2010.

  • Our average hold period is 44 months.

  • We're active on the Continent, with over €525 million of investments to date.

  • As well as our direct investments, we currently have three blind funds under management, totalling over €500 million of committed capital.
