CIT purchased South Bank Tower (formerly King's Reach Tower) in a joint venture with Jadwa Investment in June 2010. Resolution to grant consent for CIT's scheme (pictured) was approved by Southwark Planning Committee on 19 July 2011, just 13 months after acquisition.

This photo shows the view from the top floor of South Bank Tower. There are to be 173 new private residential apartments, totalling 174,312 sq ft NIA.

CIT purchased this landmark building in London’s EC4 in 2005. CIT built its pedigree in London landmark office buildings in the 1990’s, and continues to be active in this sector.

CIT purchased Princes Quay in 2010, for the CIT Jadwa UK Special Opportunities Fund. CIT has extensive shopping centre asset management expertise having managed 18 shopping centres in the UK.

Thistle Hotel, Bristol

CIT owns and manages 20 hotels through the CIT UK Real Estate Limited Partnership. CIT has led an extensive refurbishment programme to improve the standing of these assets within their peer group.
