CIT purchased King's Reach Tower in a joint venture with Jadwa Investment in June 2010. Resolution to grant consent for CIT's scheme (pictured) was approved by Southwark Planning Committee on 19 July 2011, just 13 months after acquisition.

King's Reach Retail Parade

The acquisition of Kings Reach Tower builds on CIT’s extensive development expertise. This photo shows the retail and office element of the scheme which totals 217,153 sq ft NIA of office, and 52,711 sq ft NIA of retail.

This photo shows the view from the top floor of Kings Reach Tower. There are to be 173 new private residential apartments, totalling 174,312 sq ft NIA.

10 Fleet Place, EC4

CIT purchased this landmark building in London’s EC4 in 2005. CIT built its pedigree in London landmark office buildings in the 1990’s, and continues to be active in this sector.

CIT purchased Princes Quay in 2010, for the CIT Jadwa UK Special Opportunities Fund. CIT has extensive shopping centre asset management expertise having managed 18 shopping centres in the UK.

The Kingsley, Bloomsbury

CIT owns and manages 20 hotels through the CIT UK Real Estate Limited Partnership. CIT has led an extensive refurbishment programme to improve the standing of these assets within their peer group.
